【Considerations regarding the use of the service】
- V-Preca is a service designed for residents of Japan. In accordance with the V-Preca Membership Terms and Conditions, those who reside outside of Japan will not be able to use this service.
- To complete registration, to acquire and use the V-Preca card, it is necessary to agree to the “V-Preca Membership Terms and Conditions” and to the “Terms of Agreement Regarding the Handling of Personal Information” which are in Japanese.
- The English-language website may be altered or cancelled without prior notice.
- We ask for your understanding as, in order to complete registration and acquire the V-Preca card, there are fields that must be filled using "zenkaku", i.e. in full-width characters.
- Customer services by telephone and email are available only in Japanese.
- It is not possible to buy a V-Preca with credit cards issued outside of Japan.
