However, depending on the website you use, you may be asked to enter it in the format shown below.
Please enter it using the examples as a reference.

When you use V-Preca, the online store that you have used will notify us of the transaction information (hereafter referred to as "user authorization information") and this information will be reflected on your web-based statements. Some online stores do not immediately send us their user authorization information after you make a purchase, due to their inventory check, communication needs, etc.
This means that if you apply a security lock immediately after use, that particular transaction may not go through. For this reason, we recommend that you check your Web-based statement after receiving a "V-Preca use confirmation email" from us, and then apply the security lock.
Also, the notification of refund requests (hereafter referred to as "returns information") from online stores to us may be delayed, thereby delaying actual refunds. If you cannot confirm a refund, check with the online shop to find out whether they have sent us notification of the returns information. Once we receive returns information from online stores, we carry out a prescribed check, and process the refund within a few days.
Please be aware that cancellation information may also take longer to be reflected in some cases.
5
Some online stores may send use acknowledgment information twice, once at the time of your V-Preca use, and again at the time of shipment, or use acknowledgment information may be sent for a second time when there is a change to your transaction amount.
In such cases, they may charge for the same user authorization information twice, and the balance of your V-Preca may be reduced accordingly.
Please be aware that it may take some time to have this corrected.
6
For transactions with some online stores, the use acknowledgment information you receive and the final sales information that you receive at a later time may differ in amount. In this case, we deem the final sales information to be correct, and reduce your balance accordingly. Because of this, changes to the initial amount appearing on your web-based statement will appear (i.e. increased or decreased).
7
If Item 4 above applies, or if user authorization information is not sent, and only the final sales information is forwarded, it is possible that the transaction may exceed the balance of the V-Preca you hold, and therefore the balance will be insufficient. In such cases, the balance of your V-Preca will be shown as a negative figure, and if such insufficiency exceeds a certain amount, you will be notified with an email automatically sent to your registered email address, as well as a notice on your MyPage. Then the status on your relevant statement of use will be shown as "insufficient balance" with the transaction being pending, requiring you to rectify the insufficient balance. Use one of the three methods listed below to settle your balance.
(1)Purchase new V-Preca to cover the insufficiency.
You can purchase a new V-Preca card and use it to cover the insufficient amount (negative amount) for settlement.
(2)Use an existing card.
You can use another V-Preca card with a positive balance to cover the insufficient amount (negative amount). It will need to have a balance that is equal to or more than the insufficient amount (negative amount).
(3)Transfer funds to a specified bank account. You can transfer funds to a bank account specified by us for settlement. Please make sure to identify yourself on your bank transfer form, using the "card ID" and "nickname" used with the card which has an insufficient balance. We will display the details for the designated bank account on your MyPage if your balance becomes insufficient.
